Place coated cheese triangles on parchment covered cookie sheet. Place in freezer for 2-3 hours (until frozen).
Once frozen, heat 1 quart of oil to 350 degrees.

Remove with slotted spoon and place on a paper towel to soak up excess grease.

Cornstarch, vegetable oil, and salt work together to make Doritos flammable enough to maintain strong flames. Corn is a starchy carbohydrate that's great fuel in both your body and a fire. It's full of energy, and when ground into the powder used to create Doritos, the large surface area increases flammability.
Nacho cheese is a real cheese in that it is made from cheese, but turns out it's not a real kind of cheese. And we're not talking "not real" in some sort of moral obligation to say that cheese you can pour out of a can or is a powder used on Doritos doesn't deserve to call itself cheese.
